Senior - Deaf Studies Major
"I have been given access to a diverse range of classes and have found an interest in Deaf education and interpreting. I love that in this program, we have a focus on both learning from Deaf instructors as well as interpreters with many years of field experience. One of the most beneficial aspects of the program is its emphasis on students getting involved in the Deaf community. That emphasis has pushed me to pursue opportunities like working at the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf or getting involved in Deaf summer camps."
